港口经济与海运物流国际研讨会拟于 2017 年 6 月 22 日至 24 日在中国海洋大学经济学院举行， 会议主题为：新常态下港口经济共赢与海运物流合作。
本次会议将邀请来自中国、韩国、日本、美国、加拿大等国家港口与海运物流领域的优秀专家、学者从各自专业角度就亚洲和全球的航运和物流问题进行论文发表与讨论。
会议将从多方面讨论海运和物流领域内的热点问题和学术研究成果：
一、亚洲海运物流的趋势与未来；
二、亚洲港口的合作与共赢；
三、新常态下的海运物流发展对策；
四、新常态下的港口经济合作方向。
本次研讨会旨在为港口经济、海洋运输以及物流领域的学者、科研人员、政策制定者、专家以及业界高端人士提供交流的平台。将在全球经济回暖乏力、国际贸易不断走低、海运市场不断疲软的背景下，就亚洲乃至全球海运和物流领域中的热点问题进行深入研究，为国家能更好地应对全球经济“新常态”提供建设性建议。
欢迎广大专家学者积极投稿。 论文题目和摘要的收稿日期为 2017 年 4 月 6日， 投稿截止日期为 2017 年 5 月 1 日。 研讨会组委会将对提交的论文进行遴选，并据此发出参会邀请。研讨会组委会倡导并鼓励所有投稿人，根据本人论文的定位，选择《世界经济》（学术理论刊物）或《国际经济评论》（政策评论刊物）的规范体例和格式撰写论文。
会议论文将收录在《 港口经济与海运物流国际研讨会》 论文集中，参会中文优秀论文将根据各方意见推荐至《太平洋学报》、《中国海洋大学学报》、《海洋开发与管理》 等，优秀英文论文将推荐至《 The Asian Journal of Shipping and Logistics》 。

International Conference of Port Economy and Shipping Logistics
International Conference of Port Economy and Shipping Logistics is an international event focused on hot issues and academic research in the field of shipping and logistics. It aims to provide a platform for academics, researchers, policy makers, specialists and practitioners working in port, shipping, aviation transportation and logistics. This will provide constructive advice for countries in the context of the global economic recovery, weak international trade and the weaker shipping market to better respond to the global economy.
It is our great pleasure to invite all of you to International Conference of Port Economy and Shipping Logistics which will be held from June 22 to June 24, 2017 in Ocean University of China, Qingdao, China.
The theme of this conference is cooperation in port economy and maritime logistics under the ‘New Normal’. Well, the meeting will discuss from four aspects:
1.Trend and Future of Asian Shipping Logistics;
2.Cooperation and win-win in Asian ports;
3.Development strategy of shipping logistics under the ‘New Normal’;
4.Port economic cooperation direction under the ‘New Normal’;

The conference organizing committee will select the submitted papers and extend the invitation according to it. All of the conference papers will be collected in the International Conference of Port Economy and Shipping Logistics symposium. Also the outstanding English papers will be recommended to the Asian Journal of Shipping and Logistics(AJSL ,ISSN: 2092-5212) based on the author’s opinion.
